What Youll Do:

• Operate loaders, graders, bulldozers, and more for roadside work
• Handle excavation, grading, trenching, and compacting
• Follow safety protocols and support your team to hit daily goals
• Inspect and maintain equipment regularly

What We Need:

• 3+ years of heavy equipment experience (roadside work preferred)
• Familiarity with DOT and roadway safety standards
• Team-first attitude and a strong work ethic
• Valid driver's license
