Construction Manager

A leading construction technologies company is seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee multiple projects from inception to completion. The role involves scheduling, understanding projects related to security and low voltage systems, and maintaining a professional client-facing demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate multiple construction projects from start to finish.
• Develop project schedules with two-week look-aheads using Excel.
• Understand and oversee security systems and low voltage systems.
• Present a professional appearance and maintain client-facing interactions.
• Handle Requests for Information (RFIs), change orders, and submittals.

• Proficiency in low voltage systems.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Background in construction, electrical, and MEP systems.
• Experience with RFIs, change orders, and submittals.

• Preferred construction management background .
• Experience with commercial projects in both public and private sectors.
• Knowledge of security and electrical systems.

This role requires working on-site or in the office five days a week. The environment is dynamic and client-facing, demanding professionalism and technical expertise.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $125000.00/hr.
