Position Title: Maintenance Electrician

Wage: $77,000 - $82,000/year

Shift: 2nd

Hours: 3:00pm - 11:00pm (Monday - Friday, Overtime on Saturdays)

QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity available for a Maintenance Electrician at a company in Carol Stream, IL. This is a direct hire position for 2nd shift. Apply now!

Maintenance Electrician Responsibilities:

- Perform preventive maintenance activities such as lubricating, measuring wear, measuring position, repositioning components, and observing operations

- Perform emergency / break down maintenance as necessary to support plant operations

- Perform electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and other repairs and installations as needed

- Prepare and maintain maintenance records and other paperwork

Requirements for Maintenance Electrician:

- Mechanical aptitude

- Troubleshooting expertise

- Electrical knowledge

- High School Degree preferred and two years of work experience in a maintenance manufacturing environment

- Previous manufacturing experience in the corrugated industry is a plus

- Excellent teamwork, cooperation and problem solving skills
