As a Chop Line Operator , you'll play a key role in transforming raw materials into high-performance products used across industries. If you enjoy hands-on work, teamwork, and learning new skills, this opportunity is for you! What You'll Do: Operate and monitor the chop line to cut long strands of carbon fiber into precise lengths. Maintain a steady feed of spools by tying them together for seamless transitions. Use an HMI screen to control cut specifications. Monitor eyelets and remove carbon fiber buildup. Collect and seal bags of finished product. Build backup chopper heads to support production flow. What You Bring: At least 1 year of manufacturing experience. Skilled in machine operation and fabrication. Comfortable using hand tools and performing general labor. Basic math skills for accurate measurements and adjustments. Protective gear provided: masks, gloves, sleeves, and full suits for dusty conditions. Dress code: long sleeves, long pants, steel-toed boots. Team-based work with 12-hour shifts, including two 15-minute breaks and one 30-minute lunch. Swing schedule alternating work/off days over two weeks.
