Communicate and collaborate with management and fellow team members Attend all required health and safety and operations trainings as well as meetings Work in varying work environments and weather conditions Required skills Minimum of 2 years' experience as a millwright Willingness to travel for extended periods Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials Certified in industrial equipment operations (e.g., scissor lift, boom lift, forklift) Comfortable working at heights up to 80 ft.
