This role involves leading transportation projects for local municipalities and ODOT, managing design efforts, and working directly with clients, contractors, and consulting partners.

Responsibilities • Lead transportation project design and plan production using AutoCAD Civil 3D • Collaborate with municipalities, ODOT, contractors, and consultants • Prepare budgets, schedules, technical proposals, and cost estimates • Provide responsive, high-quality consulting and design services

Requirements • B.S. in Civil Engineering • PE license or actively pursuing licensure • 1–15 years of transportation design experience (roadways, utilities, traffic) • Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred • Strong initiative, responsiveness, and commitment to professional growth
