Direct-Hire MIG Welder (2nd Shift)**
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform MIG welding tasks efficiently.
+ Assist in running fabrication equipment when required.
+ Lift and manage heavier welding products safely.
**Essential Skills**
+ At least 1 year of recent MIG welding experience or a 2-year degree.
+ Proficiency in MIG welding, fabrication, and fixture welding.
+ Must possess a high school diploma or GED.
+ Ability to pass a weld test during the interview process.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in layout welding and fitting.
+ Ownership of personal welding equipment.
**Work Environment**
2nd Shift hours: 3pm - 1am Monday through Thursday, with 6 or 8 hour shifts on Friday. Clean/well-lit facility.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Permanent position near Oconomowoc, Wisconsin.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $56160.00/yr.
