Position Summary:
The Quality Supervisor position is responsible for overseeing all functions of the quality system and quality resources at the Salem facility. The Quality Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of Quality Control Inspection staff to ensure that the dimensional, material and visual characteristics of the products design, as documented on customers drawing, specifications, and quality standards are consistently met. The Quality Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that only products of acceptable quality are shipped to the customer.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Supervises quality staff through effective selection, training and evaluation of Quality staff members.
- Enforces departmental policies and procedures and ensures they are consistently followed.
- Schedules and assigns work within the department to regulate workflow and meet required schedules.
- Supports the Quality Management System and all policies and procedures that support the QMS including internal and external audit programs.
- Knowledge of ISO9001:2000. Active member of the QMS and EHS internal audit team.
- Assist in identifying quality training needs relative to technical skill levels and trends in quality measurements and establish programs to meet these and other training needs of the organization.
Essential Knowledge and Skills:
- Experience and knowledge with ISO 9000 and/or ISO 14000.
- Knowledge of quality systems, policies and procedures.
- Experience with analytical and problem-solving tools.
- Able to juggle multiple tasks and make quality decisions without negatively impacting others.
- Excellent computer skills, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong communication, planning, organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
Required Education and Experience:
- Associates degree in a Quality/Engineering field and 2+ years experience in hi-tech manufacturing, engineering or related field.
- 2+ years experience in a supervisory role.
- Due to ITAR requirements, applicants must be a U.S. Citizen or a Permanent Resident.

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that my be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.
