We are currently seeking an Architectural Designer with 3-5 years of professional experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, a solid understanding of project delivery, and a desire to grow into a leadership role. You'll be involved across all phases of design and documentation, and will play a key role in managing projects, coordinating with consultants, and interfacing with city agencies.

Responsibilities

Develop and refine drawing sets from schematic design through CDs and construction.

Create technical details, coordinate building systems, and manage consultant input.

Lead or assist in the day-to-day management of projects, including schedules, deliverables, and coordination meetings.

Prepare and process permit submittals and support city agency review processes.

Maintain high standards of design quality, code compliance, and constructability.

Contribute to in-studio discussions around design, detailing, and technical innovation.

Qualifications

3-5 years of full-time experience in an architecture firm

Professional degree in architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)

Proficiency in Revit is essential (applicants must be able to build and manage drawing sets)

Strong working knowledge of Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering tools

Experience producing construction documents and coordinating with consultants and jurisdictions

Familiarity with California codes and local permitting processes / Experience researching local building codes across various U.S. jurisdictions

Clear communication skills and a proactive, organized work style

Authorization to work in the U.S. (We cannot sponsor visas at this time)

Given some client/project relationships, fluency in Korean is preferred but not required
