Need help applying? call us at ... As a Sonic Welder Assembler you will be responsible for : The set up and calibration of sonic welding machines and saws according to job specifications. Reading and interpreting drawings for cut lengths and welding dimensions. Preparing and aligning materials accurately for welding. Operating sonic welding equipment and monitoring process for quality and consistency. Adjusting machine settings (frequency, amplitude, duration) as needed for material types and thickness. Inspecting finished welds for quality and adherence to standards. Documenting production runs, settings, and any adjustments made. Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving welding issues and defects. Properly handle, store, and transport parts and materials. The ideal candidate for this role will have : Experience with sonic / ultrasonic welding preferred but not required.
