About the Role We're seeking a skilled and motivated Snow Plow / Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. What You'll Do Operate snow plow trucks, loaders, and other heavy equipment for residential and commercial snow removal. Assist with property services like excavation, dirt work, and landscaping as needed. Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure reliability. Monitor weather conditions and respond quickly to snow and ice events. Communicate with clients and team members to ensure work is completed safely and on time. Work independently with a strong sense of accountability and ownership. Requirements Must live in Summit County, Colorado (no exceptions). Proven experience operating snow plows or heavy equipment (loaders, skid steers, etc.). Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to work flexible hours (including nights, weekends, and early mornings during storms). Entrepreneurial mindset with the desire to grow into a leadership role.
