Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Work in a safe and efficient manner using all personal protective and safety equipment required and following
all safety guidelines.
2. Read and understand all product related documents such as the product guidelines, quality alerts, safety alerts,
standard work documents, customer option sheets, and quality objectives along with the using first piece as a
visual aid.
3. Clean, trim and assemble components using hand tools and perform fit, form and function as required.
4. Maintain a continuous repeat cycle of production/packaging to avoid the buildup of parts at the workstation.
5. Ensure quality of the finished product to ensure the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.
6. Train other employees and new hires and assist other departments as needed.
7. Work in a safe and efficient manner using all personal protective, safety equipment and devices that are
required, in accordance with all STW documentation (if STW is not developed for any process within this job,
proper training techniques must be followed).
8. Be actively involved in Continuous Improvement; promote and sustain any and all CI, 5S and STW activities.
9. Other duties as assigned

Work Experience:

1-3 years of relevant work experience
1-3 years of experience in plastics manufacturing or fabrication setting

1. Work in a safe and efficient manner using all personal protective and safety equipment and devices that are required, in accordance with all STW documentation.
2. Read and understand all product related documents such as the product guidelines, quality alerts, safety alerts, scrap reporting, standard work documents, customer option sheets, and growth metrics along with the using first piece as a visual aid.
3. Clean, trim and assemble components using hand tools and use fit, form and function as required.
4. Complete all mandatory safety training and attend all mandatory meetings.
5. Maintain general housekeeping and other duties as assigned by management.
6. Previous manufacturing experience is desired
7. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
8. Have good manual dexterity.
9. Ability to operate hand tools (hammer, chisel, scraper, bottle opener, drill, dremel, torch, etc.).
10. This is a fast paced environment which requires employees to work with various tools and around heavy machinery, both individually and in teams, in seasonal temperatures and up to 12 hours per day.
11. Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. repetitively.
12. Able to see and hear, with or without aids; must wear hearing and eye protection on the production floor.
