A well-established commercial construction company is seeking an experienced Drywall Estimator to join their growing team. We specialize in a wide range of commercial projects and are looking for someone with a solid background in drywall estimating and project management.

Position Highlights:

• Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 (based on experience)

• Benefits: Health Insurance, 401(k), Company Vehicle

• Employment Type: Full-Time

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial drywall estimating and/or project management

• Strong background with On-Screen Takeoff (OST) and Quick Bid software

• Proven history of strong job tenure

• Exposure to a diverse range of commercial projects (offices, schools, retail, healthcare, etc.)

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate takeoffs and pricing for drywall scopes using OST and Quick Bid

• Manage bid proposals, subcontractor coordination, and vendor pricing

• Assist with budgeting and pre-construction planning

• Communicate closely with project managers, field teams, and clients

• Contribute to a collaborative and proactive estimating department
