Position Overview
As a CNC Operator, you will play a key role in transforming design concepts into precision-cut components for high-end cabinetry. Youll work closely with our design and production teams to ensure quality, efficiency, and consistency in every project.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and maintain CNC machinery for cabinet production.
Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and cut lists.
Measure and verify materials for accuracy and quality.
Assist with setup, calibration, and troubleshooting of CNC equipment.
Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications
12 years of CNC operation experience in a cabinetry or woodworking environment (required).
Strong understanding of woodworking tools, materials, and processes.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working in a physically active role.
Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
English proficiency preferred.

Schedule
8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday
Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Greenville, SC before starting
(Shop Location will be moving within the next year, but will be within 20 mins of the current shop)
