YOU
As a Maintenance Mechanical Fabricator, you are a hands-on technician who thrives on variety and challenges. You enjoy rolling up your sleeves to solve mechanical and electrical issues just as much as shaping raw materials into precision parts. You are equally comfortable troubleshooting a motor control system as you are operating a press brake.
You take pride in keeping equipment running smoothly and safely, and you understand how critical your work is to the success of the team. You are detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and always looking for ways to improve processes. Whether you're repairing a gearbox, programming a PLC, or fabricating a custom bracket, you bring craftsmanship, curiosity, and a strong work ethic to everything you do.
