Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate cost estimates for abatement projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.

  • Review blueprints, specifications, and proposals to determine scope and develop competitive bids.

  • Manage abatement projects from bid award through completion, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.

  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, evaluate job conditions, and verify safety and quality standards.

  • Serve as the primary client contact, providing clear communication and updates throughout projects.

  • Collaborate with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders for efficient execution.

  • Maintain compliance with OSHA, EPA, state, and federal safety regulations.

  • Track budgets, change orders, invoices, and financial reporting to maintain profitability.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Estimator/Project Manager (Abatement) (10+ years preferred).

  • Industrial experience (power plants, rail, mills, refineries) is highly desirable.

  • Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Knowledge of abatement regulations and safety practices.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
