Machine Operator**
**Job Description**
In this position, you will be responsible for operating a variety of machines including a coper, press brake, saw/drill, and plate processor. You will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate a multitude of machines including coper, press brake, saw/drill, and plate processor.
+ Ensure precision and accuracy in all machine operations.
+ Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times.
+ Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
+ Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery as needed.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience in machine operation and manufacturing.
+ Proficiency in operating CNC and press brake machines.
+ Strong understanding of production processes.
+ Ability to operate overhead cranes safely and effectively.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
+ Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

The position is based in a large facility with over 80 shop employees. The shop is open-bayed with a roof, but the weather conditions inside may vary. Shifts are from 4:00 AM to 1:30 PM and 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM, Monday through Thursday.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of AIRWAY HEIGHTS, Washington.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
