Project Manager Coordinator

As the Project Manager Coordinator, you will be the go-to support for our project managers-keeping documents organized and tasks on track. Whether you are coordinating schedules or helping draft estimates and invoices, you will have your hands in all the action. In this role, you will be responsible for

  • Organizing and storing project reports and documentation.
  • Assisting in the planning and implementation of project plans.
  • Coordinating and managing project tasks as assigned by the project manager.
  • Analyzing data
  • Performing administrative duties such as drafting invoices, drawing estimates, and setting up meetings.
  • Tracking and reporting project progress.
  • Completing any other duties assigned by the project manager.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit for long periods of time.
  • Prolonged telephone and computer use.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in project management or administrative assistance.

Benefits

The hourly range for this role is $28.00 to $42.00. We determine final compensation based on discussions with applicants and their experience in similar roles.
