Welder Job Description We are seeking an experienced Welder to join our team in Gorham, Maine. In this role, you will be responsible for welding and assembling metal fabrications while following specifications, drawings, and blueprints accurately. Your duties will include cutting, grinding, and sanding in addition to welding. This position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field. Responsibilities Weld and assemble metal fabrications. Follow specifications, drawings, and blueprints accurately. Perform cutting, grinding, and sanding tasks. Complete unique projects and welds with great attention to detail. Essential Skills 5+ years of experience in welding. Proficiency in reading and understanding blueprints, schematics, and work orders. Ability to complete unique welding projects with precision. Great attention to detail. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience working in a unique welding setting with a wide range of projects. Ability to lift 50+ lbs. Eligible to work in the United States. Why Work Here? Work Environment The position operates on a 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM schedule at a smaller, all-weld shop located in Gorham, Maine. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
