Need laborer/basic handyman

Need laborer/basic handyman (Oro Valley) compensation: $20/hr Need someone to work at a house in Oro Valley, trimming bushes, gathering debris and hauling off, etc. If you know basic elec, basic landscaping, etc that would be a plus. $20/hour + extra for hauling stuff off.
