Construction Project Manager Healthcare Facility Experience

The candidate will have been a PM on multiple commercial jobs (including healthcare facilities) ranging from $50k to $30 million over the past 5-7 years. Core Requirements include: Minimum of five years commercial building construction as a Project Manager.Thorough knowledge of all aspects of construction technology, equipment, and methods, cost control schedules and safety requirements.Must be proficient using ProCore, CPM scheduling software, and MS Office products.Experienced in managing multiple projects.
