Job Description:
Work Hours : 40 hrs/week, with the flexibility to work reduced hours (16 20 hrs/week) on certain weeks, starting after 1 2 months of onboarding and continuing occasionally until March.
Project Overview:
The role involves managing the construction of a new 4000 sq. ft. Welcome Center at the facility.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee construction of a 4000 sq. ft. single-story building.
- Install meters/instruments to process lines such as steam and compressed air.
- Manage a site-wide security system upgrade.
- Supervise and coordinate various smaller facility enhancement projects.
- Ensure all deliverables meet the standards of quality, cost, and timeline .
- Apply project governance practices including documentation, resource planning, budgeting, and milestone management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Account for and lead Change Management during the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree (B.S./B.E.) in Civil or Chemical Engineering .
- Minimum 4 6 years of experience in construction project management.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt to a flexible work schedule as required by the project.
