Job Description:

Work Hours : 40 hrs/week, with the flexibility to work reduced hours (16 20 hrs/week) on certain weeks, starting after 1 2 months of onboarding and continuing occasionally until March.

Project Overview:

The role involves managing the construction of a new 4000 sq. ft. Welcome Center at the facility.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee construction of a 4000 sq. ft. single-story building.
• Install meters/instruments to process lines such as steam and compressed air.
• Manage a site-wide security system upgrade.
• Supervise and coordinate various smaller facility enhancement projects.
• Ensure all deliverables meet the standards of quality, cost, and timeline .
• Apply project governance practices including documentation, resource planning, budgeting, and milestone management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Account for and lead Change Management during the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree (B.S./B.E.) in Civil or Chemical Engineering .
• Minimum 4 6 years of experience in construction project management.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to a flexible work schedule as required by the project.
