Shift: 7:30 AM 4:00 PM
Compensation: $19 per hour Job Summary: We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Utility person to join our team in South Portland. This is a hands-on role that supports a variety of warehouse operations, including unloading shipments, organizing inventory, preparing orders, and keeping the workspace clean and safe. The ideal candidate is reliable, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with receiving and unloading incoming shipments
• Stock, organize, and rotate inventory in appropriate storage areas
• Prepare and stage products for order fulfillment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
• Support team members with general warehouse tasks as needed
• Operate basic warehouse equipment and follow company procedures
• Follow all safety protocols and report any issues to supervisors
• Perform duties independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching for up to 8 hours per day
• Must be able to perform repetitive physical tasks
• Able to work in environments with varying temperatures
• Regular use of hands and arms for handling materials and equipment

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Basic computer and scanning skills
• Good attention to detail and organization
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt to changing tasks and priorities
• Previous warehouse or labor experience is a plus, but not required
