- Implement BIM processes for various uses in the company, including cost estimating, planning, and integrated project delivery.
- Coordinate with project teams and operations managers to utilize BIM technologies to enhance project plans.
- Contribute to marketing materials and business development plans.
- Develop Construction Process Plan Drawings for internal and external coordination and communication.
- Assist in quality control to ensure completeness and adherence to company standards for all shop drawings produced.
- Participate in project work, including modeling and detailing.
- Collaborate with self-perform groups to explore and implement strategies for creating efficiencies using BIM.
- Work with Safety and Quality Departments to enhance standard operating procedures with BIM-based technologies.
- Resolve BIM design issues.
- Proficiency in plumbing, BIM, and Revit.
- Experience in drafting for commercial settings.
- At least 1 year of experience in a BIM Coordinator role.
- At least 6 months of experience within a commercial plumbing setting.
The position is primarily based in an office in Brookfield, WI, with minimal job site visits.
