- Engage in project-based design work, taking concepts from idea to completion.
- Collaborate on ideas, tolerances, and designs for manufacturing.
- Communicate effectively with project managers and team members.
- Spend majority of time designing at a desk but also engage in floor walks to adjust and finalize products.
- Proficiency in 3D CAD design for manufacturing/tool design.
- Experience with software such as Creo or SolidWorks.
- Ability to interpret GD&T from customer prints.
- Interpretation of customer weld prints/blueprints.
- Bachelor's or associate's degree in engineering required.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on, mechanically inclined individuals will thrive in this role.
