2.Remove all weeds and lay mulch in flowerbed
3.Remove overgrown bushes on the back side of the home
4.Clean trash off of property inside and outside
Gutters & Pressure Washing
5.Clean all gutters around the home
6.Pressure wash the entire back side of the home and concrete
Siding, Fascia & Trim Repairs
7.Repair siding and touch up afterwards
8.Repair siding and paint afterwards
9.Additional repair siding and paint afterwards (additional area)
10.Repair trim on the back side of the home and paint
11.Repair trim so its lined up correctly
12.Repair fascia and paint afterwards
Concrete Work
13.Fill in cracks in concrete and paint afterwards
14.Fill in walkway concrete and cracks
15.Touch up concrete color on front porch
Caulk and touch up paint everywhere
16.Paint exterior door and trim
17.Touch up walls throughout home, including:
-Doors
-Baseboards where needed
-Windowsills
-Trim
-Door trim
-Closet shelves
-Full paint in Bedroom 1
-Full paint on right wall in hall bathroom
19.Touch up all kitchen cabinets
20.Remove all screws, patch holes, and repair drywall throughout the home
21.Repair drywall on entryway door
22.Remove curtains and rod; patch holes afterwards
Garage & Door Hardware
23.Replace garage motor and install opener
24.Include garage door sensors with new motor
25.Install lock box on garage trim
26.Purchase 1 additional garage remote
27.Install door hardware and provide 2 working keys for all doors

28. Replace mailbox numbers
29.Install a wireless doorbell
30.Install 2 blinds (1-inch blinds)
