Maintenance Supervisor needed for Greenville Health Care Center

Our established healthcare facility is in search of an experienced and compassionate Maintenance Supervisor who understands the importance of meeting the needs of clients while keeping the needs of the building in top condition. We are looking for a committed individual who has impeccable maintenance skills and good attendance. Our Maintenance department has a reputation for being able to fix anything in our building and we are seeking someone who would be a great fit with our team.

Maintenance Supervisor Job duties

The overall purpose of the maintenance supervisor position is to plan, Direct and control the overall maintenance of the facility physical plant. Incumbents perform or oversee electrical, plumbing, carpentry, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and other technical tasks.

Position Responsibilities of this position are described in the essential functions.

Prior experience in institutional maintenance/housekeeping is necessary.

Excellent physical health is necessary

prior supervisory experience helpful

Must be 18 years of age or older, have a valid drivers license.
