Job Overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is hiring experienced Journeyman Electricians for a school renovation project in Pine Bluff, AR. This role involves full-scope commercial electrical work including conduit runs, device terminations, and fixture installation. Ideal candidates must be skilled, dependable, and able to work from layout drawings with minimal supervision.

Work Scope Includes:

• Running EMT and MC conduit

• Pulling wire and assisting in terminating switches, plugs, and light fixtures

• Installing and mounting boxes, panels, and light fixtures

• Reading blueprints and following layout instructions

• Collaborating with crew to meet deadlines and ensure safe work practices

Requirements:

• Journeyman-level electrical experience (license preferred)

• Must have own tools and full PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, vest, gloves, steel-toe boots)

• Proficient in reading prints and executing layout work

• Reliable transportation and strong communication skills

• Prior experience on school or renovation projects a plus
