With Associate's degree, eight years of related experience. Without a degree, ten years of related experience is required.\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003eExperienced in construction inspection and as an on-site Project Engineer\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003eExperience with roadway construction\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003eExperience with bridge construction and mechanically stabilized earth (MSE) walls is a plus.\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003eGood mathematical, analytical and organizational skills.\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003eCertification (or ability to obtain) in applicable areas of work assignments as required by clients.\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003eAbility to communicate clearly both orally and in writing.\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003eAbility to walk long distances, climb ladders, stoop, squat and crawl to inspect work; ability to observe construction activities and distinguish colors; and ability to perceive back-up alarms and other warnings.\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003eMust be able to work outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions, subject to insects, flooded terrain, equipment/traffic, and other hazards.\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003ePosition may require nonstandard work shifts, such as long hours, weekends, or nights as per client and/or manager's direction.\u003c/li\u003e\u003cli\u003ePosition requires driving company vehicle.
