Qualifications and responsibilities for this Fencing Project Manager position include: Minimum 2 years of experience in the fence and guardrail industry, preferably with commercial chain-link fencing Proficiency in Bluebeam and familiarity with CAD-like software; ERP system experience a plus, especially CloudSuite Industrial Ability to oversee projects from kickoff through completion, ensuring proper materials and crew coordination Conduct regular job site visits (approximately 50% of time) for measurements, change orders, and quality assurance Work closely with installation crews during early morning hours (7 AM start) to review daily lineups Manage various state, municipal, and corporate contracts with attention to historical and regulatory considerations No formal degree or licensure required; industry and materials knowledge are essential Vehicle provided after 1-month training period; dispatching from home to job sites post-training Salary: $75,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
