What You'll Be Doing Start each day at the shop to prep tools and materials Travel with your crew to job sites across the metro area Install windows, doors, cabinets, and hardware Frame rooms, decks, and perform general carpentry tasks Support remodels, tenant improvements, and new construction Maintain clean workspaces and return to the shop at day's end Requirements 2+ years of experience in carpentry, remodeling, or skilled trades Proficiency with tape measures, cutting tools, and blueprint reading Skills in framing, finish carpentry, drywall, cabinetry, or millwork Valid driver's license and clean back ground record preferred for compliance Additional Information Competitive pay: $20-$28/hr , based on experience Annual performance reviews with raise potential Path to team lead roles with added responsibility and pay Comprehensive benefits: 401(k) with company match Affordable health, vision, and dental plans Supportive team that values long-term growth, training, and development Work Environment Carpentry crew of 8-10 working on multiple projects weekly Casual dress code with provided safety gear Monday-Friday schedule with occasional Saturdays during peak periods Ready to build your future?
