Construction Project Manager

Join one of the world's most recognizable companies as a Construction Project Manager in Fayetteville. This role will be responsible for supporting turnover deliverables during the construction to operations phase. Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in similar construction projects. This is a 6 month contractor role with the opportunity for growth and career stability.

responsibilities:

• Primary contact between the construction and operations team during project turnover
  
  
• Coordinate, collect, and verify turnover deliverables including drawings, red-line markups, construction document sets, and other close-out documentation
  
  
• Maintain tracking system for all turnover documentation to ensure timely delivery and accountability
  
  
• Work with project members resolve delivery gaps
  
  
• Develop and manage schedules and project timelines

Qualification

• 3+ years of experience in MEP, project management, construction management, and/or document control
  
  
• Experience construction drawings, as-builts, submittals, and other project close out deliverables
  
  
• Experience with data center or mission critical construction projects
