Industrial HVAC Technician Wanted Great Pay (Augusta, GA)

Advance Industrial Mechanical (AIM) is hiring an experienced Industrial HVAC Technician to join our growing team. You'll be working at high-demand sites like mills, manufacturing plants, and industrial facilities.

If youve got hands-on experience with large HVAC systems (up to 50 tons), advanced controls, and refrigeration cycles and enjoy working in challenging environments we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain large industrial HVAC systems
Troubleshoot refrigeration cycles, TXVs, VAVs, and economizers
Replace coils, repair hydronic pumps, and handle advanced electrical issues
Read and interpret schematics
Mentor junior technicians and guide field performance
Communicate clearly with site personnel and team members

Requirements:
3+ years of HVAC experience in industrial or heavy commercial environments
EPA Universal Certification (required)
Strong understanding of refrigeration and HVAC system components
Ability to pass drug screening and site-specific fit-for-duty evaluations
Clean driving record
Physically able to lift 80 lbs, climb ladders, and work in tough environments

Preferred but not required:
NATE Certification
OEM training (Aaon, Intellipak, etc.)
VRF and BAS system experience
