**Job Description**
This role involves performing painting tasks for industrial and commercial projects, including both new constructions and existing buildings. While the majority of the work focuses on interior walls, exterior painting is also included. The position requires proficiency in using airless spraying, brush and rolling techniques, and cutting in without tape. Specific equipment used includes HPLV Airless Sprayers for large industrial projects. Training is available, though candidates with true painting experience are ideal.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform painting tasks for industrial and commercial projects.
+ Focus on interior and exterior painting of buildings.
+ Utilize airless spraying, brush, and rolling techniques.
+ Cut in without using tape.
+ Operate HPLV Airless Sprayers on large industrial projects.
**Essential Skills**
+ Minimum 6 months experience in commercial, industrial, or residential painting.
+ At least 6 months experience in a construction-based setting.
+ Proficient in spray, brush, and roll painting techniques.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Preferred experience in commercial and industrial painting.
+ 2+ years of true painting experience using brush and roll techniques.

Painters will travel from their home to jobsites, which can be up to 40 miles away, without any overnight travel.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
