What You'll Do
As our Maintenance Supervisor, you'll be the go-to expert for all things mechanical and electrical. You'll lead preventive and corrective maintenance programs, manage a talented team, and ensure our equipment meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime
- Supervise and train maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors
- Evaluate equipment performance and recommend solutions
- Manage maintenance budgets, inventory, and records
- Collaborate across departments to provide technical support and guidance
Requirements
We're looking for someone with hands-on experience in manufacturing maintenance and a strategic mindset. You know your way around machines-and you know how to lead people, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements:
- Deep knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems and maintenance best practices
- Experience with project management, budgeting, and inventory control
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Proven ability to lead, train, and evaluate maintenance teams
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and respond to urgent needs
- Familiarity with technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Passion for uptime, efficiency, and innovation in equipment performance
