**Job Description**

This position involves building products specifically designed for the fertilizer industry, including blenders, mixers, bucket elevators, conveyors, and rotary drums. The role primarily focuses on stainless steel MIG welding to construct custom fertilizer bins, alongside performing other specialized welding tasks.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform stainless steel MIG welding to create custom fertilizer bins.

+ Conduct MIG welding on stainless sheets of steel and other custom welds.

+ Read blueprints and MIG weld 1/16" to 1/4" gauge mild and stainless steel pipes, sheet metal, plates, and channels.

+ Utilize .035-.045 diameter fluxcore hardwire welding equipment.

+ Weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions.

+ Engage in custom welding, not typical production shop tasks.

+ Work in tank bay, crawling around tanks throughout the day.

**Essential Skills**

+ Proficiency in welding, particularly steel welding.

+ Experience with MIG welding and fluxcore techniques.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

+ Capability to lift over 50 pounds.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Welding certification or diploma.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
