Carpenter Foreman**
**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced Carpenter Foreman to lead and execute commercial carpentry projects from frame to finish. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of both hand and power tools used in the trade. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in commercial new builds and the ability to work independently or lead a small team of carpenters.
**Responsibilities**
+ Lead and manage small carpentry projects on commercial construction sites.
+ Execute carpentry tasks from framing to finishing with precision and accuracy.
+ Utilize hand and power tools effectively and safely.
+ Ensure accurate measurements and adherence to project specifications.
+ Travel to various job sites as required.
+ Maintain a safe work environment by complying with OSHA regulations.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
+ Install and finish drywall, metal studs, cabinetry, trim work, doors, and other carpentry tasks.
**Essential Skills**
+ 8-10 years of commercial carpentry experience on new builds.
+ Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
+ Experience with framing, finishing, and rough carpentry.
+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
+ Capability to lead a team and work independently.
+ OSHA 10 or 30 certification.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Ability to teach and mentor others on site.
+ Experience in site clean-up post-project.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $38.00/hr.
