Our client is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Job Site Foreman / Finish Carpenter to oversee residential new construction and remodel projects. This role blends hands-on finish carpentry with project leadership and subcontractor coordination. Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise daily job site operations and Buhrt Builders crew
Perform high-end finish carpentry including framing, windows, doors, trimwork, and stairs
Read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
Coordinate subcontractors and ensure timely material deliveries
Communicate project changes to the Project Manager for change order tracking
Maintain accurate schedules, time tracking, and job logs in BuilderTrend
Conduct quality inspections and uphold craftsmanship standards
Serve as the primary on-site contact for crew attendance and jobsite coordination
Foster respectful relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and clients
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Skills:
Experience using BuilderTrend or other construction management platforms
Prior experience managing subcontractors and material ordering
Familiarity with remodeling as well as new home construction
Strong communication and team leadership abilities

Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on finish carpentry experience
Proven leadership experience on residential construction job sites
Ability to read construction blueprints and technical documents
Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
Self-motivated with high attention to detail
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills (BuilderTrend experience is a plus)
