- Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects.
- Conduct thorough cost analysis to ensure project feasibility.
- Prepare competitive bids to secure new projects.
- Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain a strong understanding of construction documentation and cost structures.
- Utilize estimating software to streamline processes.
- Manage change orders and requests for information (RFIs).
- Oversee demolition processes and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- At least 5 years of experience in the construction industry as a Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, or Estimator.
- Proficiency in estimation and construction management.
- Strong project coordination skills.
- Experience with construction estimating and demolition.
- Proficiency in Bluebeam and estimating software.
- Strong understanding of construction documentation and cost structures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- The role involves both office work and on-site visits as needed, with typical hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
