Job Overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is hiring dependable Construction Laborers for an active project site in Lebanon, TN. This role is ideal for hardworking individuals who can assist across various jobsite tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Work Scope Includes:

• Moving and organizing materials around the jobsite

• General cleanup and debris removal

• Assisting skilled trades as needed

• Following site safety protocols and directions from supervisors

Requirements:

• Previous construction experience preferred but not required

• Must have full PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, vest, steel-toe boots)

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical tasks

• Willingness to follow directions and work as part of a team
