In this role, you'll be evaluating equipment issues, performing diagnostics, executing repairs, and handling planned maintenance. You'll also play a key part in ensuring safety and compliance standards are met-all while keeping communication lines open with customers to deliver a great service experience.
What you'll be doing:
- Diagnose and repair electrical and electromechanical equipment
- Complete planned maintenance, safety, and environmental inspections
- Communicate with customers to ensure timely updates and resolutions
- Collaborate with the local service team to support contract deliverables
- Assist junior and senior technicians depending on the task complexity
- Keep tools, parts, and test equipment organized and in working order
- Stay current on safety protocols and industry best practices
- Document all work thoroughly and submit service reports as required
What we're looking for:
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- One of the following:
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in maintaining electronics or electromechanical equipment
- Equivalent formal training in the field
- A trade certificate or similar technical training
- Strong customer service mindset and communication skills
