About the Role
We are seeking a proficient BIM 360 Modeler to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Autodesk's BIM 360 platform and will be responsible for developing and managing detailed 3D models for our construction and design projects.
What You'll Do
Create, update, and maintain detailed BIM models using the BIM 360 platform.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction professionals to integrate their designs into a unified model.
Ensure models are up-to-date and reflect the most recent design and construction changes.
Implement BIM standards and development procedures within the organization.
Coordinate and resolve any conflicts that may arise from the integration of various models.
Utilize BIM 360's collaboration tools to streamline communication among project stakeholders.
Train and mentor junior staff on BIM 360 techniques and best practices.
Conduct regular model reviews for accuracy and quality control.
Assist in the extraction of data for scheduling, cost estimation, and other construction needs.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in BIM technology.
What You'll Need
Bachelor's degree in architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 experience with BIM and Autodesk's BIM 360 platform. 2-3 years Data Center experience is desirable.
Strong technical skills and a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency with other relevant software (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Familiarity with industry standards and best practices related to BIM.
