Estimator**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Estimator to join our team. The role involves administering the Commercial Direct Order Program, providing technical support and quotes for commercial products, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
**Responsibilities**
+ Administer Commercial Direct Order Program, including providing quotes, processing orders, and invoicing customers.
+ Configure and enter orders for custom commercial applications for door centers.
+ Provide technical support and quotes for supplied commercial products such as rolling sheet, rolling slat, sectional, operators, and specialty items.
+ Coordinate purchasing, production, and shipment of special items for commercial applications.
+ Offer emergency technical support and parts replacement for installers.
+ Research commercial projects in planning stages and prepare competitive bids.
+ Maintain proficiency and expert knowledge in Rolling Steel Slat and Sheet door products and programs.
+ Perform administrative and business functions as directed by supervisor.
+ Interact with Engineering, Purchasing, and Management to ensure effective materials and processes for commercial applications.
+ Review operations of competing organizations and make recommendations for improvement.
+ Understand and train on Spec quoting based on project 3-Part Specifications.

+ Clear and concise communication skills, both orally and in writing.
+ Research and data analysis capabilities for commercial projects.
+ Excellent technical aptitude.
+ Organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
+ Proficiency in PC / Windows / Microsoft Office.
