Key Responsibilities
- Lead ground-up multifamily construction projects through full lifecycle execution
- Mentor and support Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers
- Manage subcontractors and resolve field issues proactively
- Oversee construction budgets and participate in pre-construction planning
- Ensure adherence to project schedules, safety protocols, and quality standards
- Travel monthly to job sites for oversight and team coordination (expenses covered)
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and internal teams to align project goals
Required Qualifications
- 58+ years of experience as a Project Manager in ground-up multifamily construction
- Recent experience managing multifamily projects (150250 units preferred)
- Proven full lifecycle project management (pre-construction to closeout)
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Experience with budgeting and subcontractor coordination
- Willingness to travel monthly to Knoxville, TN
- Ability to work on-site in Indianapolis MondayFriday
Preferred Skills & Credentials
- Familiarity with Procore and Microsoft Project
- Experience in senior living , mixed-use , or podium construction
- Degree in Construction Management
- OSHA 30 certification and other safety credentials
- Hands-on field experience
Work Environment & Perks
