Part-Time Handyman/Bldg Super Housing Discount Included (Middletown)

Were looking for a reliable, hands-on handyman to support day-to-day upkeep at our apartment complex in Middletown, CT. This is a part-time role (approx. 25 hours/month) ideal for someone local, detail-oriented, and proactive with building care.

What youll do:

Handle minor repairs (e.g. drywall, locks, light plumbing/electrical)
Oversee vendor access and supervise work quality
Coordinate with management for unit turnovers (patch/paint, basic prep)
Ensure common areas are clean and trash-free
Respond to basic tenant requests and emergencies when on-call

Requirements:
Prior experience with building maintenance or general handyman work
Reliable, communicative, and organized
Ability to troubleshoot issues and work with limited supervision
