Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong experience in performance architecture, troubleshooting, and optimization across cloud and on-prem environments
  • Hands-on with observability stacks (logging, tracing, alerting, dashboards) and performance monitoring tools
  • Experience scripting, configuring, and running automated performance tests
  • Familiarity with Docker and infrastructure automation for load testing
  • Network profiling using tools like WireShark or Fiddler
  • Background in root cause analysis, performance modeling, and performance test strategy
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field; Masters preferred

What You Will Be Doing
  • Designing and maintaining performance testing frameworks
  • Identifying system bottlenecks and offering architectural improvements
  • Implementing continuous performance testing practices into CI/CD pipelines
  • Monitoring production systems, setting SLAs, and creating health dashboards
  • Collaborating with dev and ops teams to resolve complex performance issues
  • Researching and adopting new tools and trends to evolve the performance strategy
