Carpenter Responsibilities:
Perform interior and exterior carpentry including:
Framing
Trim and finish work
Cabinetry and built-ins
Door and window installation
Read and follow construction drawings and specifications
Work efficiently to meet project deadlines
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site

Carpenter Assistant Responsibilities:
Support lead carpenters with day-to-day tasks on remodeling projects
Perform basic measuring, cutting, and material handling
Assist in installation of framing, trim, cabinetry, and other construction tasks
Load/unload tools and materials; maintain site cleanliness
Follow directions and safety protocols at all times

Requirements Carpenters:
Minimum 3 years experience in residential remodeling
Proficient with tools, materials, and carpentry techniques
Ability to work independently and within a team
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Must be able to work on the books (legal employment required)

Requirements Carpenter Assistants:
Minimum 1 year of experience in construction or home renovation
Must have basic hand tools and knowledge of renovation tasks (measuring, cutting, assisting with installs)
Able to take direction, work efficiently, and support the lead carpenter
Reliable, punctual, and able to work legally on the books
Transportation required
