Welder-Fitter

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Welder-Fitter to join a manufacturing company in Montgomery, AL. This position is responsible for fabricating, fitting, and welding metal components.

• Fabricate and fit metal components according to technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on carbon steel and other metals as needed.
• Cut, grind, and shape metal parts using hand and power tools.
• Safely operate welding and fitting equipment in shop and field environments.
• Ensure all welds meet safety and structural standards.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and work orders.
