Job Description This position involves managing projects for industrial and commercial clients, including planning and feasibility studies for one or multiple projects of various sizes. - Proven track record of organizing project teams to accomplish project goals.
- Effective negotiation and contract management skills.
- Well-rounded knowledge in construction disciplines.
- 10 years of industrial construction management experience managing multi-discipline teams.
- Experience with medium to large projects ($25-50M+).
- B.S. Degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
