Southern Exposure Landscape Management, Inc. is looking for a skilled Landscape Construction Foreman to join our growing team. Weve been building high-quality outdoor spaces across Northern Colorado for over 25 years and were just getting started. What Youll Do:

Lead a construction crew on high-end residential and commercial projects
Plan daily and weekly tasks in coordination with the Construction Supervisor
Keep your crew productive, efficient, and focused on quality
Stay ahead of material and equipment needs to avoid job delays
Walk job sites daily to ensure work is on track and up to standard
Train and guide new crew members lead by example
Recognize strong performance and give constructive feedback
Support shop and yard organization and general company operations

What Were Looking For:

Strong leadership and communication skills
Solid background in landscaping, construction, or hardscaping
Reliable, organized, and safety-conscious
Ability to motivate and manage a team
Bilingual is a plus
Valid drivers license and clean motor vehicle record
